My professional career

Beginning

I worked tirelessly in several multinational agencies. I oversaw markets far from headquarters, bringing in huge profits even during severe financial crises. I learned to organize work with insufficient teams and to resist remorseless executives’ incomprehensible cost-cutting.

Change, of course!

Provided with experience and an excellent team, I resigned from my position, salary, and benefits. A more conscious way of building a media agency was about to start. It was more than just replicating a business model. Medialog, our company since 2016, has taken advantage of being independent and innovative in management and work organization.

Teaching stage

Outside my working hours, I collaborated as a university professor for ten years, training more than a thousand students in our advertising specialty, media planning, and buying. Many are now in leading positions in large agencies in the sector.

Experience

I am an advertising professional, entrepreneur, and Agency Partner of Medialog Communications. I have 35 years of category experience. I collaborated with the Autonomous University of Barcelona and the University Abat Oliba CEU, teaching Media Strategy and Planning for over ten years.

Future

I worked remotely from Southeast Asia for several months in 2022. Thanks to the time difference, I had the opportunity to reveal what I had learned and make recommendations in an essay to help others become more profitable entrepreneurs.
